Services LAND Specialist in the sourcing, selection, and sales and marketing of land and mixed-use real estate assets including raw law, entitled residential land and lots, urban infill mixed-used and multi-family, luxury custom home lots, active adult communities, and assisted living sites. COMMERCIAL AND MULTI-FAMILY INVESTMENT SALES Provide sales and marketing services for all property types including, but not limited to, multi-family, hotel/lodging, industrial, office, retail, self-storage, and healthcare. LANDLORD AND TENANT REPRESENTATION Assist landlords with the selection of prospective tenants and negotiate leases. Additionally, I assist tenants with the selection of space. CONSULTING AND ADVISORY Provide market and feasibility studies, rezoning and entitlement analysis, and project finance sourcing services.
