Shawn created VISIONsource Real Estate Company, LLC to be able to better serve her clients. She was previously with CenterPoint Commercial Properties, Henry S. Miller Brokerage and Marcus & Millichap respectively. She has been involved in multiple facets of commercial real estate over the last decade providing a comprehensive foundation from which to serve her clients. Shawn’s commercial real estate career initially began in the Capital Markets arena working with Portfolio’s and National Lenders. Their structure utilized a common sense approach to each transaction to allow for creative underwriting solutions. Prior to forming her Brokerage Firm she was at CenterPoint Commercial properties , the Investments Division at Marcus & Millichap & Henry S. Miller Brokerage. In that time, Shawn developed her property niche in the office & retail sector focusing on single and multi-tenant Office and retail properties for her clients. Shawn’s industry experience along with her desire to take a client first approach to transactions gave her an opportunity to form a boutique brokerage firm that allows her to stay focused on her individual client needs . Her thorough knowledge of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, development, investment analysis, and contract negotiation provides the ideal platform for creating solution-focused objectives while keeping her clients short term goals in mind. Associations: Shawn is active in several professional real estate organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Women Construction Owners & Executives (DFW Chapter) & Texas Association of Realtors.
