I have considerable experience in finding and creating value in real estate investments and providing exceptional returns to my partners and clients, while maintaining nimble and opportunistic in the ever changing real estate industry. My experience in every stage of real estate development gives me a unique perspective in regards to identifying excellent investment opportunities in all market stages. My areas of expertise include evaluating and underwriting investment opportunities, acquiring and selling properties, performing due diligence, entitling land, land development, residential and commercial construction oversight, value add redevelopment and property management. I work primarily in the western United States, with particular focus on Arizona and Utah. My preferred investment classes are commercial and residential land, professional and medical office, retail, flex and industrial.
