I began my career “boots on the ground" designing, developing and constructing while exceeding client expectations - over and over again. Those in-depth and hands-on experiences have given a deep understanding the complete evolution of an asset. From reviewing and "stress testing" the initial concept, through complete construction and financial modeling, my goal is to maximize the value of the asset; whether owner occupied or part of an investment portfolio. As a general contractor I have constructed many churches, school projects, municipalities, healthcare, assisted living, nursing homes, scouting camps, libraries, salt storage, parks and recreation, industrial, office and retail projects. I hold a Class A CDL, CPR certified and have attended 40 hour OSHA training. My experience lends to development & redevelopment, CAD design of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), best practices and techniques found in commercial & industrial construction, re-purposing and redeveloping existing structures, site selection, strategic acquisition disposition & lease negotiations found in commercial real estate, market research, market knowledge, financial modeling, analytical services and ARGUS DCF ad-hoc expertise and rationalization. All of my efforts are focused on extreme attention to detail and ultimate customer satisfaction using design-build techniques while fostering and creating community value. I have spent my entire career endeavoring to master these skills - "If I am not doing it.....I am dreaming about it" A team member awarded the "Healthcare Category' by Cincinnati Magazine for the construction of an outstanding dental project as indicated in the photographs below under "See More".
