The firm completes over 200 transactions annually in excess of $70 million value and manages the largest commercial property portfolio in Southern Nevada with an aggregate value of $1 billion. Hayim is very active in the local real estate community having served as President of Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) which is the commercial arm of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, and on the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Chapter of CCIM. Hayim is a Past President of Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), and active with NAIOP having served on various committees and is a graduate of the Developing Leaders Institute (DLI). Hayim obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in April 2010. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Only 6% of commercial real estate professionals in the United States hold the CCIM designation. Outside of work, Hayim is active in many aspects of the Las Vegas Jewish community including volunteer work with Alpha Epsilon Pi and the Jewish Federation. He is a proud Las Vegas native and a graduate of UNLV.
