Full Profile
Bob Myers has more than 37 years of continuous real estate practice specializing in formulating successful investment strategies to meet the real estate needs of small and medium sized companies. Experienced in a wide array of real estate advisory services, Bob has not only demonstrated superior results in land development, site selection and negotiation, but has often been called upon to provide expert witness analysis and testimony as well as real estate instruction.
Years of special study and experience have given him the ability to evaluate and determine the risk of any project under consideration, and give the client a clear picture that conforms to their decision criteria whether or not to pursue the project. Of particular value is his ability to evaluate markets and identify “gaps” or overlooked opportunity. This has enriched many of his clients over the years. The CCIM designation he holds is the recognition of graduate-level education in the essential skills of financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis. Further, it recognizes the high quality of his actual expertise exhibited by a review of a portfolio of successfully closed transactions and the completion of a comprehensive six-hour examination. Fewer than 5% of the commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold this designation.
Bob has long given service to his community and profession. In addition to serving in several offices and committee assignments with state and local Realtor boards, Chambers of Commerce, and Rotary, Bob led the Albany Board of Realtors as President three times, served as Vice-Chair of the Albany-Millersburg Economic Development Corporation board of directors (a Public/Private partnership), and board member to the Mid-Willamette Family YMCA, South Albany Community Church, and appointed to the City of Albany Planning Commission. Since relocating to Arizona in 2004, Bob has already been active in his new community. Bob is Past President of the Scottsdale Airpark Rotary, a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, and Central Arizona Chapter of the CCIM Institute.
Although an accomplished commercial real estate broker, Bob considers his greatest achievements as convincing his wife Cookie, to stay married to him for over 40 years, and assisting in the growth and development of their 5 sons as successful and contributing members of society.
