Alex Needleman is a Senior Associate in the Retail Services Group at Rosano Partners. Alex?s expertise is in retail leasing and sales and tenant improvements for landlords and tenants. He serves all of Southern California, but has a specific area focus on West and Downtown Los Angeles. Alex is a second-generation Los Angeles commercial realtor whose knowledge of the market stems from over a decade of experience in the industry and his upbringing as a Santa Monica native. He takes great pride over the impact he and his family have had on the urban development of the city since the 1970s and understands the subtle, complicated nuances of retail in specific neighborhoods. Alex?s dedication to his clients and their success has earned him a reputation for excellence and a strong network within the real estate community. He is foremost guided by integrity, passion, enthusiasm and perseverance. This has resulted in long-lasting client relationships that are fostered by his professionalism, expertise and unrelenting care for client needs. This high-service mindset is coupled with Alex?s track record as a successful executive. Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Alex was Chief Operating Officer of the downtown Los Angeles MABELA Group, a position he occupied for nearly ten years. There, Alex developed an extensive background in sales, marketing, client management and business development for all aspects of real estate. While at MABELA he oversaw several construction projects, logistics, leasing and the eventual sale of most of MABELA?s buildings.
