Prior to joining Broderick Group, Maverick received a bachelor’s in the social sciences and was a NCAA Division 1 Scholar-Athlete at the University of California, Irvine. Maverick held central roles at TaylorMade-Adidas Golf Company, an international leader in the athletic retail industry, including serving as its metro Seattle sales manager. In this position, he managed a territory with more than 130 accounts with a volume exceeding $7 million. As the company’s 2015 National Sales Representative of the Year candidate, Maverick’s illustrious sales background has been built handling a substantial volume of transactions that rank on the higher end of the value spectrum. Over the course of four years, his ability to create customized plans for customer profitability contributed to his territories’ growth from 30th to 3rd largest within the U.S. market.
