Aaron M. Mesmer joined Block Real Estate Services in 2005 as an investment sales specialist focused on achieving maximum returns for his clients through the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets. Since joining Block, Aaron has been involved in over 100 investment real estate transactions valued at more than $500 million. He is proud to have served local, regional and institutional clients, including Block Funds, Bremcon Development, Colony Realty Partners, Fowler Properties, Kansas City Public Schools, Lehman Bros., Lennar, LNR Partners, Missouri Housing Partners, PNC, Sterling Equities, Lockton Insurance, Midland Loan Services, The Mutual Fund Store, Providence Management, and the Salvation Army. Transaction experience includes the sale of industrial, multi-family, office and retail properties.
Aaron has also been involved in several developments, including currently serving as the lead developer of Anderson Pointe, a 43,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Olathe, Kansas.

Prior to joining Block, Aaron worked for NAI Cohen-Esrey as a member of the Investment & Corporate Solutions Group where he specialized in investment sales. Aaron graduated first in his class and with Highest Distinction from the University of Kansas, where he received a bachelor degree in business administration while studying finance, marketing and Italian.
Aaron has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri. He is active with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kansas City, serving on its RBI Advisory Board and Young Friends of RBI Board. He is also a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors Commercial Board and the Finance Advisory Board at the University of Kansas.
