RFQ/RFP Process
Interested buyers/developers will be selected through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) process established through the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC). IMPORTANT: The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) seeks formal proposals from the previously identified qualified bidders for the purchase and redevelopment of NHLC owned real properties located on Interstate 95 in Hampton, New Hampshire. The RFP 2024-001 and instruments recently recorded at the Registry of Deeds can be downloaded using the Documents tab above.

Hampton is a town in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 14,976 at the 2010 census. On the Atlantic Ocean coast, Hampton is home to Hampton Beach, a summer tourist destination.

This site is the only site along Interstate 95 Highway with direct access which is not a rest area. This unique site is ideal for highway development.
