Propel Park is a +/- 50 acre planned industrial park located at NASA's Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, Louisiana that will include over 1 million sq. ft. of new modernized industrial space. Target users include light assembly, manufacturing, distribution, and office tenants. The first phase of development will be a 260,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution facility.
