The difference with KW Commercial is that we as a group are extremely supportive of one another. Where one agent does not have a specific experience or expertise there are many who do and are ready to jump in to resolve a challenge in your sale, marketing or lease. I have worked in the field for over 25 years and when it comes to commercial real estate I could never know it all, but with over 100 local KW Commercial Agents in the Philadelphia New Jersey region I have no problem with tag teaming and getting the job done. I have also amassed a team of CPA's and Attorneys to bounce ideas off of and avoid problems along the way. Most agencies are internally Competitive, give strong consideration to an agency that works as a team. My team is concentrating in Restaurants, Investment Properties and Land Development. I am working on placing national tenants in highly trafficked areas, and office leasing.
