Rich LeBrun has more than 25 years of experience in the management, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate assets. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of product types, markets, and ownership structures which he applies to the diverse NAI Hiffman portfolio. He currently has responsibility for over 17 million square feet of industrial and office product. Before joining NAI Hiffman in 2008. Mr. LeBrun he worked for the Janko Group as Director of Asset Management. In his role at Janko Group, Mr. LeBrun supervises the daily management of both Janko Group and third party assets. He executes the Company’s value creation strategy following acquisitions, and performs due diligence as part of the acquisition process. Prior to this, Mr. LeBrun worked for Prime Group Realty Trust as Vice President. There, he oversaw the asset management of a suburban portfolio that included more than six million square feet of office and industrial space. During his tenure at the REIT, Mr. LeBrun purchased and managed the execution of more than $100 million in capital improvements while maintaining a minimum of 95% occupancy in the affected properties. Mr. LeBrun earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. He is an accredited Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a licensed real estate broker. He is also an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) faculty instructor and an approved instructor for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
