Prior to wholesaling mortgages, Sam spent three years in construction management of condominium and mixed-use projects in West Los Angeles as a project manager. He has a proven ability to successfully lease new and renovated projects quickly and efficiently at commanding rates. Sam has excellent organizational skills and has the ability to work independently and as a team member.
