With 30+ years in the Real Estate business..both Commercial and Residential, I am attuned to the buyers and sellers requests and requirements. By being assertive and an 'out of the box' thinker, I have been able to acquire and close more contracts than some. I enjoy Face to Face contact rather than the total internet contact. I however, do see a vast need to be totally computer literate and strive to be open to the newest technologies.

While I have done & continue to do most every facet of the commercial world, I really enjoy doing Hospitality, Tenant Rep, Industrial and Development projects.
