Solange Velas, CCIM has been active in commercial real estate sales since 1984, specializing in 2-30 unit apartment properties. Since moving to Knoxville in 1997, she has become well known as a premier multifamily broker and has been involved in the sale of over 200 properties in the Knoxville area alone. Goldman Partners Realty (GPR) is a boutique firm with three experienced brokers and a dedicated marketing staff. Our proprietary database of investors is categorized by property type and size so each receives only the emails that match their criteria. Our apartment and multifamily brokerage practice includes the development and maintenance of an extensive proprietary database of Tennessee apartment properties.
