Throughout his career, David Gilson has specialized in representing tenant organizations in their leasing and acquisition of office space with requirements typically in the range of 2,500sf -- 25,000sf, primarily in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. With his legal background and strong analytical skills, he is particularly adept at restructuring existing leaseholds and negotiating for new locations -- so as to achieve substantial near term savings as well as long-term value for his tenant clients. He is also especially well qualified to assist tenants in their post-covid planning process: advising as to best practices in space utilization, social-distancing measures, flexible space design, etc. David maintains affiliations with national tenant-rep firms to assist with his clients’ leasing requirements in all major markets.
