At The Garibaldi Group, Mrs. Keating is involved in market research, new business development, project leasing, tenant representation & landlord representation. Along with Jeff Garibaldi, Kyle Mahoney and Somerset Development, Mrs. Keating has been charged to redevelop and lease the 2,000,000 square foot historic former Bell Laboratories Building, in Holmdel, NJ, into a mixed-use facility. Mrs. Keating is also involved with the marketing and leasing for Eisenhower Corporate Campus, a 385,000 square foot office building in Livingston, NJ. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Jersey, she was responsible for the creation, development, and production of The Garibaldi Group’s corporate and project marketing materials; advertising; public relations; corporate events; and annual budgetary process. Mrs. Keating works closely with the firm’s clients to assure the proper management of their projects.
