Tom Milford joined Savoy Properties in February of 2009, moving to commercial real estate brokerage after 5 years in commercial real estate development. Prior to his work at Savoy, Tom held positions at Stocker Construction and Opus Northwest—where he was involved in construction management as well as underwriting new commercial development deals. While with Opus, Tom was heavily involved in the development of the Park East Tower, a $90 million condominium tower, the first high-rise residential building to be built in the city of St. Louis in over 30 years. As a Commercial Broker at Savoy, Tom represents a wide variety of clients on a multitude of product types, representing not only Tenants and Landlords, but Buyers and Sellers as well. His clientele includes law firms, frozen-yogurt chains, medical office landlords, small office investors and large apartment owners. Tom is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate. In addition to his work at Savoy, Tom is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors/Commercial Division, is on the board of Missouri Water Polo and currently coaches high school water polo.
