Notable Achievements
I have thirty (30) years experience in financing, real estate, and marketing background and have been a resident of Nevada since 1955. I presently maintain professional relationships throughout the Southwest that also reaches throughout the entire United States. Upon receiving my Nevada real estate license in 1988 and receiving my Arizona broker's license in 2004 I facilitated the sale/lease of over 200 convenience stores/gas stations in the Las Vegas, Reno and Phoenix area. This included achieving SBA financing totaling over $250 million for my clients. I have brokered the sale of over 100 parcels of vacant commercial, residential, and industrial property for development during my real estate career most of which required enhancement of entitlements and developments on the properties that required facilitating and “hand holding” the development team.
I determined early in my career that I would specialize and have been most successful in transactions that required problem solving, recognizing that has been a quality character trait. I have many years of transactions experience as well an extensive network that stays apprised with current trends, values, and what the future may hold in the geographic areas.

I Am A Businessman Who Lives With The Motto . . . Recognize the Customer. Is Always Visible. Never Lose a Customer, “Negotiate”. If You Lose the Customer You’re Wrong. Learn to Say “No” and Still Have the Customer Like you. Let the Customer Be the Hero, Don’t Interrupt. Be Polite, But Impersonal.
Remember, You Can’t Give Away Twelve Cents to Earn a Dime. Error Once and It’s a “Learning Experience”. Make the Same Error Again and It Becomes a “Mistake”. Make a Decision. Occasionally It May Not Work Out. But . . . The Biggest “Mistake” of All Is Indecision.
If You Can’t Be The First – Be The Best.
Make The Customer Your Salesman. The Most Important Thing is “The Customer You Don’t Have”. Treat A Customer Like You Want To Be Treated. You Can’t Make Enough Friends and You Can’t Afford One Enemy. Don’t Forget . . . . “EVERY ACTION CREATES A RE-ACTION”.
