I am experienced in handling complex real estate transactions and I have completed assignments totaling over 4.2 million sf with an aggregate value exceeding $241 million. I have managed all aspects of the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate including negotiating and renewing lease agreements, formulating long-range real estate portfolio strategy, financial analysis, site selection, conducting detailed lease and market analysis, coordinating due diligence, overseeing space planning and tenant improvement projects. Most recently, I was responsible for executing the marketing and leasing strategy for PS Business Parks Orange County portfolio of over 1.7 million square feet consisting of 63 office, retail, flex and industrial buildings. By overseeing the entire leasing process of a portfolio of multiple asset classes spread across three geographic submarkets, I have gained an understanding of how to effectively manage the implementation of a large portfolio leasing strategy. My experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams on large and complex transactions throughout Southern California has allowed me to build, strong relationships with property owners, brokers and other commercial real estate service providers.
