Business and Commercial Real Estate Experience The Broker/Owner of DN Commercial, Danny Nguyen has more than 15 years experience in commercial real estate in Houston and Texas. He and his team specialize in income-producing properties, shopping centers, buildings and land. They have leased, managed, brokered and developed hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail space – in addition to conducting multimillion-dollar transactions with large and small landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and investors.
