These Advertising & Paid Services Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) govern all paid services, advertising, sponsorships, and promotional offerings provided by theBrokerList.com (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply only to paying customers and operate in addition to our general Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, these Terms of Service control for paid services.

1. Scope of Services

theBrokerList.com offers paid advertising and promotional services, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Directory enhancements
• Sponsored placements
• Display advertising
• Sponsored content
• Event sponsorships
• Promotional listings
• Other marketing or visibility services

Specific service details, pricing, and duration may be outlined in proposals, order forms, emails, or agreements.

2. No Guarantee of Performance

While we strive to provide value and exposure, we do not guarantee:

• Leads
• Conversions
• Traffic volume
• Rankings
• Sales outcomes
• Business results

Advertising and promotional services are provided on a best-efforts basis only.

3. Advertiser Content Responsibility

Advertisers are solely responsible for all materials submitted, including:

• Ad copy
• Images
• Logos
• Graphics
• Sponsored content
• AI-generated content

By submitting materials, you represent that:

• You own the content or have legal permission to use it
• Content does not infringe on third-party rights
• All claims and representations are truthful and lawful

theBrokerList.com does not verify ownership or licensing and assumes no liability for advertiser-provided content.

4. AI-Generated Advertising Content

If advertising materials are created using AI tools, you acknowledge that:

• AI output may resemble existing copyrighted works
• AI tools do not transfer copyright ownership
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated materials
• You accept full responsibility for any claims arising from AI-generated advertising content.

5. Approval & Right to Reject

We reserve the right to:

• Review advertising materials
• Reject or remove content at our discretion
• Require modifications to comply with legal, ethical, or platform standards

Rejection or removal does not constitute breach of contract.

6. Payment Terms

• Fees are due as specified in your agreement or invoice
• All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise
• Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services

7. Term, Renewal & Cancellation

• Service terms are defined in your agreement
• Renewal terms, if any, will be disclosed in advance
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@thebrokerlist.com
• No refunds are provided for unused portions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate paid services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Content presents legal risk
• Payment obligations are not met
• Continued service would harm the Platform or its users

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, theBrokerList.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from paid services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless theBrokerList.com, its owners, operators, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Advertiser-submitted content
• Advertising representations
• Use of AI-generated materials
• Violation of applicable laws

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
