Alison Horbach is Vice President of Ripco Real Estate’s New Jersey office. She is tasked with helping to lead the retail team and generate business growth. Alison specializes her brokerage services in retail, tenant / landlord representation and investment sales. She has provided tenant advisory services and deployment strategies in New Jersey for brands such as: Uncle Giuseppe’s, F21 Red, Sephora, Panera, Bed Bath & Beyond, DXL and others. Alison is an expert in New Jersey’s “Gold Coast,” covering the coast from Edgewater to Jersey City. She played an integral role in bringing the brands Sephora and Athleta to Hoboken and has tremendous experience with New Jersey’s “High Street” downtown markets. Prior to joining Ripco Real Estate Alison represented owners and developers with firms; Terranova based in Miami Fl, Stiles development in Fort Lauderdale, and Levin Management in North Plainfield, NJ. During this tenure she was responsible for the leasing of numerous supermarket anchored neighborhood and power centers throughout New Jersey and Florida. Alison is licensed as a real estate salesperson in New Jersey, New York and Florida, a CCIM candidate, and a member of the ICSC Next Generation Planning Board.
