Prior to joining Colliers, I managed Zimmer Biomet’s international real estate portfolio – 180+ properties and over 3.9 MSF – across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa, & Asia. I led the site selection, acquisition, and disposal process; had oversight of transactional team members including consultants, suppliers, general contractors, projects managers; and directed the due diligence and procurement process for global economic incentives. During my tenure there, I was highly engaged in restructuring Zimmer Holding’s real estate portfolio after its acquisition of Biomet.
Earlier, I’ve held numerous roles as a Financial Analyst at Eaton Corporation, acquiring invaluable financing and fiscal reporting experience.
