Atiya served in the US Air Force as a Korean Linguist and now serves the growing metropolitan areas of San Antonio, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia as an Associate Real Estate Broker. She specializes in selling commercial properties and land that are prime for development and redevelopment. Having a background and experience as a Land Planner, she is uniquely equipped to navigate city master plans and land use regulations. Her understanding of city development lends a fresh perspective to real estate transactions and makes her the facilitator-of-choice for property owners and developers. In her spare time, Atiya enjoys traveling, sightseeing, beach glamping, and indulging in various art and design projects. In addition to this, she is an advocate for sustainable and conscious land development, an ambassador and Volunteer for SA Tomorrow (San Antonio’s Master Plan), and a graduate from University of Texas-San Antonio (UTSA) with a Master of Urban & Regional Planning and certificate in Real Estate Finance & Development.
