Full Profile

Austin Tidwell joined the Retail Solutions team as Assistant Vice President in 2018. Prior to joining the team, Austin was one of the top producing brokers for a New Mexico development and property management team that was ranked in the top 5 commercial real estate brokerage firms locally since 2013. He has extensive knowledge of development projects and identifying opportunities to purchase investment property. Over the years, Austin has worked with national and local companies like Crunch Fitness, Lovelace Medical Group, State Farm, Metro PCS, Arby's, Blake's Lotaburger, Pearson Vue, Titan Solar, Anytime Fitness, Piñon Coffee Company, AAA New Mexico and Grassburger. In his current role with Retail Solutions, Austin's focus will be retail tenant representation and investment sales but will continue to work in the leasing and sales of all types of commercial property. His background is in advertising and marketing where he built strategic relationships with television, newspaper and trade publications that benefit his clients on promoting listings and closed transactions. Austin received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico with a concentration in Marketing in 2015. He is also on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico CCIM Chapter and is a candidate for the designation.
