WHAT I DO: I utilize my real estate and legal expertise to assist you in making the most informed decisions regarding your CRE investments. I work side by side with you as you evaluate opportunities to develop, acquire, sell and finance investment properties, with particular focus on retail properties nationwide. WHO I WORK WITH: I work closely with developers, investors, 1031 Exchange buyers and those looking to grow their CRE portfolio as well as with franchisees and retailers using sale-leasebacks as part of their strategy. PROVEN SUCCESS: I have a track record of exceeding client expectations while delivering superior execution and a dynamic history of success with: (i) Over $1.25 billion in transactions SOLD in 40 states; (ii) Over 6.6 million sq ft of properties SOLD; and (iii) Over 450 properties SOLD. WHY WORK WITH ME: I have confronted most issues that can arise in a deal. With long-time experience in the legal field, I can frequently foresee challenges and issues before they arise. I have worked on small and large transactions, selling individual properties and portfolios. By having worked with most categories of investors, I am attuned to the concerns that are most likely to be faced by each client profile. I am comfortable working on transactions in any part of the country and have established relationships with brokers and buyers from across the US and beyond. As a result, I have a very deep pool of broker and buyer contacts. EXPERTISE: I am a multi-year CoStar Power Broker with 25 years of experience in the CRE industry. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, I was a practicing attorney (JD, University of Georgia) specializing in retail real estate transactions and served as in-house counsel and head of the real estate-legal department for a NYSE-traded retailer.
