In august of 2012 Donahue negotiated one of the largest industrial lease transactions ever consummated on the South Shore. The tenant , Plantation Products , signed a long term lease for over 378,000 sf of high bay warehouse. Donahue also represented Plantation Products in the sale/leaseback of their 200,000 sf corporate headquarters facility in Norton, MA. The surging stock market and historic low interest rates have resulted in numerous sales of industrial and commercial buildings south of Boston . Recent select sales range from the sale of a 10,000 sf office building in Newton to the sale of a 115,000 sf manufacturing facility in Holbrook, MA. and a 68,000 sf distribution facility in Lakeville. Their office prides themselves in the fact that they are just as eager to help a small startup company looking for 500 sf of space as they are a large tenant looking for hundreds of thousands of square feet.
