Beverly Keith began her commercial real estate career in 1998 in CBRE’s Raleigh office, where she worked directly with the Managing Partner on development projects for a variety of institutional and private owners. After several years, Beverly transitioned into general brokerage and leasing, representing several prominent landlords and owners in the Triangle and Triad markets while with Trammell Crow Company. In 2005, Beverly became the Divisional Real Estate Manager with the international retail cooperative Ace Hardware Corporation, and worked with a development team to open more than 130 stores in three years within the 17 state Eastern Division. She was responsible for all commercial real estate activities for more than 1,200 individual Ace Hardware stores and their owners, including lease negotiations, business valuations, mergers, acquisitions, and the repositioning and dispositions of assets.
In late 2009, Beverly joined Rivercrest Realty Investors to focus on improving the tenant mix within the portfolio, and repositioning underperforming assets by implementing strategic plans to maximize property values. In early 2010, she was recruited by CASTO, a Columbus, OH-based retail development company, to lease several large retail lifestyle centers in Charlotte and Cary, NC as well as Virginia, where she executed leasing initiatives maximizing return on investment.
Beverly’s fifteen years of industry experience includes general brokerage, corporate real estate management, asset management, business development, property management, marketing, financial planning, construction project management, lease negotiation, and contract administration. Beverly brings in-depth knowledge about the specific needs of all levels of investors as well as a strong understanding of the region’s changing economic climate. She is a licensed Broker in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, and holds the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She serves on the Board of Directors for NC-CCIM (North Carolina State Chapter) and TCAR (Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors), and is an active member of ICSC, TCREW, NCAR, and NAR. She earned her BA in Business Administration and Management from Averett University.
