Bob has been involved in Real Estate Investments for over 29 years. He has been able to evaluate opportunities in the real estate sector that has led to many successful deals over a long period of time. Being able to analyze the property variables along with the direction of the market is a winning combination that he has applied many times over. Bob joined Nevada Commercial Real Estate Services as a partner in June of 2014 to team up with several top real estate professionals in a boutique firm that provides unparalleled attention to the needs of our clients. Prior to starting Nevada Commercial Real Estate Services, Bob was with Coldwell Banker Commercial Clay & Associates. Bob has owned several successful companies over the years. One company was Southern Enterprises which was profitable for 27 straight years. This company provided custom printed, embroidered and manufactured sportswear for many small and large companies across the US. Bob’s experience in the manufacturing industry adds to his skill set in understanding the needs of his clients. Bob completed the Emerging Broker Training program in 2013 which included comprehensive training in the commercial real estate sector. He is currently a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Nevada.
