I am Brandon Rush, a real estate broker and investor based in Central Connecticut, specifically in Hartford County. I specialize in multifamily properties, particularly those between 5 and 50 units, with a deep understanding of multifamily operations due to my hands-on experience as an investor and operator.
My journey in real estate began as an investor, and today I am a commercial broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial, working out of our Danbury, Connecticut office. Our team of 16 agents covers all asset classes in commercial real estate, with my primary focus on multifamily properties. I have invested in small multifamily properties within Connecticut and have also participated as a limited partner in multifamily syndications out of state. This combination of investment and brokerage experience allows me to provide unique insights and a practical approach to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
While my primary market is Hartford County, I am equipped to serve clients across all of Connecticut, given the compact size of the state. I am also licensed in Massachusetts, focusing primarily on the Western Massachusetts market for multifamily properties.
