Orion Commercial Realty Group is the DFW Commercial Team within Coldwell Banker Commercial Banker Apex Realtors. As members of a team of dedicated, experienced real estate professionals, it’s our mission to provide excellent service to our clients in the market for commercial and investment real estate opportunities in north Texas. Coldwell Banker Apex is a 3rd generation, family owned business. Owned by John & Lori Arnold, the family owned business was started in 1973 by Millie Hendricks, Lori’s mother. The family roots are deep in Texas with Lori’s great, great grandfather, James Asbury Hendricks, being one of the first settlers in the Collin County area and is recognized in many local history books on the region. Josh Arnold, Lori and John’s son, & his wife Natalie Arnold now work at Coldwell Banker Apex as the In-House Counsel and Director of Marketing respectively. John & Lori Arnold joined the family business in their very first year of married life and have grown the business to regional and national prominence. Becoming owners in 1990, the company was a one office operation with no national affiliation. Today the company has 18 locations with over 900 associates serving Texans and is recognized as one of the leading real estate firms both in Texas and nationally.
