He has worked in aerospace for 22 years, beginning his career in the Air Force as an Instrumentation Technician Jan. 1976, and ending his career as a Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer on the B-2 Bomber with Northrop Grumman Corp in Jan. 1998. He started in the multi-family field as an investor June 1997. Within a year he purchases three apartment complexes totaling 50 units. In November 1999 while managing his apartment complexes he decided to obtain his California real estate license. By then he had owned well over 100 units and a commercial office building. Because of the experience he obtained acquiring, managing, and disposing his personal properties as an investor/agent, it seemed only natural that he assist other investors with the acquisition, exchanging and disposition of their multi-family and commercial properties. Glenn has extensive experience in the multi-family field and a broad range of complex commercial transactions, including real estate finance and investment analysis, commercial BOV's, and property management. His thirsts of knowledge for commercial real estate lead him to become a CCIM candidate in August 2004, and to quickly obtain his CCIM designation in less than two years, in April 2006 at the bi-annual CCIM convention in Vancouver, British Columbia. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The designation is awarded by CCIM Institute. A CCIM is a resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among a corps of over 9,500 professionals around the globe who hold the CCIM designation. CCIM designees live and work in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and more than 35 other nations. International membership includes more than 1,000 professionals.
