Background & Experience

Cassie Catania-Hsu joined Sun Commercial Real Estate in 2015 as Senior Vice President of the Office Division, less than a year after joining the firm, she was promoted to Managing Director and Broker. As of 2019, she is now the President and Corporate Broker for the firm. Cassie oversees all business operations and brokerage management, which includes recruiting, business development and community involvement. She plans to help Sun Commercial continue to grow its footprint by providing hands on training and recruiting quality agents to the firm. While in Office Sales and Leasing at Sun Commercial, Cassie maintained a 450,000+ square foot portfolio and expanded her team to three agents to accommodate the increasing demand.

Cassie has worked in various aspects of commercial real estate in the Las Vegas valley during her career. In 2011, Ms. Catania-Hsu joined International Market Centers (IMC) to work at the World Market Center Las Vegas as a Director of Leasing. IMC is the world’s largest operator of premier showroom space for the home furnishings, home décor and gift industries with 11.5 million square feet of world-class exhibition space in High Point, NC and Las Vegas, NV. She was involved in all aspects of leasing for over two million square feet on the Las Vegas Campus. Ms. Catania-Hsu successfully closed approximately $20M in leases representing over 235,000 SF and 105 deals in her time at IMC.

Previously, she worked at Commerce Real Estate Solutions|Cushman & Wakefield, and Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas where she worked on office, industrial, and medical office transactions. Ms. Catania-Hsu was also the Managing Director | Broker for Prudential|IPG Commercial for several years, where she oversaw all brokerage and operations for the company. Under her leadership, the office received several awards from the national Prudential Commercial Real Estate Services network. Most notably, the office was awarded the Round Table Award for having the #1 producing office in the West Region for 2009.
