Cheryl joined Ben Frederick Realty in 2015, serving as Executive Assistant and Property Manager to Ben Frederick III and supporting both sales and day-to-day operations. On January 1, 2023, she and partners Tom Fair and Will Cannon purchased the company from Ben, who still stops by the office and remains a trusted sounding board when the team needs one.
