A 25 year Veteran with extensive commercial background, Chip began his commercial real estate career with Armada Hoffler Enterprises as an office and warehouse leasing associate. Prior to joining Dominion Commercial/Atlantic CRE, he was employed as Vice President of Industrial Marketing with Hamner Development Company in Newport News, Virginia. He brings over 25 years of combined commercial sales, leasing, and development experience to bear on your individual commercial real estate needs. Through our regional office located in Forest, Virginia, he represents Dominion Commercial/Atlantic CRE throughout the Central Virginia region, including the cities of Lynchburg, Roanoke, and the surrounding counties of Amherst, Bedford, Campbell, Nelson, and Franklin counties.
