Chris has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. He recently moved to South Carolina from California, where he worked at a boutique real estate firm specializing in office leasing and investment property sales. Chris will continue to specialize in office leasing with an emphasis on both landlord and tenant representation, investment property sales and acquisitions, and office property development in the Columbia market. Chris is also well versed in 1031 Exchanges and tenant improvements. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Chris studied economics and finance at San Jose State University, in San Jose California. Chris is currently a member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and Columbia’s ‘DRG’ Business Networking International group.
