Coba C. Craig is a native of St. Louis, MO and has lived in Lexington for 44 years. He had a background in the financial services industry before beginning his real estate career 30 years ago. Mr. Craig has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate and holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which signifies extensive graduate level work and experience in commercial investment real estate. He has significant management experience in the financial services and real estate industry and served for more than 10 years as Chairman of the Board and Principal Broker of SILVESTRI-CRAIG, Realtors which he founded with his partner, Ken Silvestri, in 2005. In addition he is actively involved in representing clients with their varied and complex real estate needs. He is an avid reader, reading approximately 30 books a year on a wide variety of subjects. He has taught real estate courses at Bluegrass Community and Technical College and holds a patent which was issued in 1976. Married to his beautiful wife, Janece, for 50 years, they have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
