Arthur Kaplan is the Senior Vice President of Anchor Cleveland and opened up the Columbus office. Arthur is a 12-year-plus veteran of the commercial real estate industry. His relevant experience is highly diverse being involved on the analyst, debt underwriting, and investment sales sides. He has worked on land development as well as net lease, retail, industrial, office, and hotel acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of high net-worth clients as well as large private and publicly-traded entities.

Joshua pivoted out of the retail banking sector in 2012 to begin his Real Estate career with New Life Properties, where he co-managed a 1,000-unit apartment complex. Joshua transitioned to OV Management shortly thereafter and soon became responsible for overseeing the operations of a $70 million portfolio of Retail, Office, and Multifamily properties, in addition to a staff of 22 Management, Leasing, and Maintenance personnel. He remained with OV Management for eight years before joining Alterra Real Estate Advisors in 2021.
