Having managed large real estate portfolios in senior care exceeding 1/4 of a billion in real estate, my experience level and commercial real estate knowledge on the multifamily and industrial space is among the best in the industy. I'm also an experienced investor personally having managed large portfolios of single family and multifamily properties which I personally own.
