As a specialist in leasing and property management, Ms. Edwards brings 13 years corporate experience to WestMark. Prior to joining the company in 2010, she held several roles within Macerich; a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust, negotiating multiple deals across a diverse portfolio of 72 centers in 18 states. She has had the opportunity to expand her knowledge of real estate through the sale of unimproved land and assisting local and national banks in the disposition of distressed property. Additionally, managing several properties; office, warehouse and retail, Ms. Edwards is focused on expanding the management portfolio. She thrives on the opportunity to satisfy her clients with attention to detail, strong work ethic and dedication evident in the more than 800 leases executed over her career. One of the 40 finalists in the 2009 Young Professionals of Greater Lubbock “Top 20 Under 40”, Ms. Edwards’ outgoing personality and quick wit make her a favorite among clients and associates alike. A native West Texan, graduate of Texas Tech and 2006 recipient of the Volunteer Center of Lubbock’s Get Involved Award, Ms. Edwards believes in community. She has been a member of Junior League of Lubbock since 1998, a committed donor and volunteer of Lubbock Area United Way for more than 20 years along with numerous other organizations making her town a better place to live.
