Cynthia has worked as a nationally certified land use planner for over twenty years in both the public and private sector. She hopes to leverage her land planning and development experience and focus her efforts on becoming a local and regional land expert. She brings extensive expertise in project management for brownfields redevelopment and capital improvement projects. Through years of experience, Cynthia understands that building and maintaining strong, long term relationships is key to success.
