Dan Casey, CCIM, is a real estate professional with over twenty years of commercial real estate brokerage, development and management experience. His broad-based expertise enables him to provide clients with a comprehensive investment strategy and achieve clearly defined goals and objectives. Dan has brokered commercial property acquisitions, dispositions and provided underwriting and due diligence advisory services on property and portfolio transactions in excess of $500 million. He has represented commercial property owners and tenants in over 70 lease transactions totaling 510,000 square feet. He has managed complex property acquisitions and successfully implemented distressed real estate workout and repositioning plans. He has managed institutional-grade property portfolios totaling 3.7 million square feet, and his project management experience includes over $46 million of new construction and capital improvements projects, as well as 55 tenant improvement projects totaling 320,000 square feet of office and retail space. Dan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), serves as President of the CCIM Florida Chapter's East Coast District and is an active member of the Realtor's Commercial Alliance (RCA) of the Palm Beaches.
