Please let me introduce myself. I am David D Adams, Jr a full time professional licensed realtor for Keller Williams Realty (Adams Realty Group). I have been in the real estate market for 29 years as an investor, property manager and an license agent. My background goes as follows graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance. I also have an Associate Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Construction Management. I worked for the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development reviewing applications submitted under HUD’s Multifamily Housing Program, was an underwriter for their FHA 203K/203B Mortgage Loan rehab program. I then went on to work for Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America(NACA) as a Housing Consultant which prepared low income Household for Home Ownership by helping repair credit issue, apply for loan, help prevent foreclosure. I decided to go into real estate full time in 1989 as in investor buying, rehab and selling properties, along the way I started managing properties that I sold to investor. I have managed over 500 commercial and residential units which I enjoy doing. I get to meet different people in the real estate industry as well as opportunities. Real estate is truly my passion. As a realtor specializing residential and commercial properties. I have always brought an abundant energy, dedication, creativity, experience and personal knowledge to my work.
