As Director of KW Commercial Brokerage & Development and HergGroup Arkansas, David brings a vast array of experience to the table in assisting clients with their Commercial Real Estate needs. He has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience with top international companies such as Prudential, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Citicorp in asset management and commercial lending specializing in franchise finance. As an entrepreneur, David owns multiple franchise locations and has recently sold his manufacturing company. His diverse experience has given him a deep understanding of the complex needs of today's tenants, landlords and business owners. In short, he has personally been in the shoes of his clients in almost every facet as a borrower, lender, tenant and property owner. David graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business. He is proud to serve as a committee member for the Graduate School and International Education team for the Campaign Arkansas initiative. He lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Theresa, and they enjoy spending their spare time on the lake and traveling; as well as with their girls, Hannah and Ashton and son-in-law Tyler.
