David Landau is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. He delivers the highest level of professional service to his U.S. and international clients drawing on more than three decades of international finance, tax, real estate and risk management experience. As a veteran Real Estate Broker in the South Florida real estate market, David has earned respect from his clients, colleagues and within his professional network of accountants, insurance and mortgage brokers. David specializes in commercial buyer and tenant representation. He also provides litigation support in commercial disputes, asset valuation and real estate valuation controversies drawing on his extensive 25-year experience in corporate, intellectual property and real estate valuation work. David started his career as a CPA in two of the Big Four accounting firms, Deloitte and PwC. He then led an impressive 20-year career in international corporate finance, tax, legal and risk management working in Europe for two Fortune 100 multi-national companies and one of the largest private companies in the world. David holds a Masters in Real Estate, Masters in Taxation, Post Graduate in Accounting and a B.S. in Business. David is a member of the Miami, Florida and National Associations of Realtors, the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Miami and he is also a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs.
