Scope of Responsibilities:
Deb Graeve joined NAI NP Dodge as a Vice President in 2010, and was promoted to President in August 2012. Deb has worked in the commercial real estate market in Omaha since 1991. She has handled lease negotiations with new retail and office prospects on behalf of landlords and has also represented tenants, buyers and sellers.
Deb has worked extensively with local, regional and national retailers including: Beauty First, Dollar General, Sam & Louie's Pizza, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, Office Depot, Albertsons, Hy-Vee, Hallmark, Austad’s Golf, Baker’s, Home Depot, IHOP, Edward Jones, Romeo’s, Julio’s, Hancock Fabrics, Alegent Health, Kmart, Christopher & Banks, CJ Banks, Michaels, Bruegger’s, Schlotzsky’s, State Farm Insurance, Casual Male, Visiting Nurses Association, Winchell’s, American Family Insurance, Half Price Books, Hooters, Petland, Supercuts, Great Clips, Burlington Coat Factory, Fashion Bug, Starbucks Coffee, Relax the Back and Tuesday Morning. She has also worked with the General Services Administration (GSA) on build-to-suit and relocation opportunities for government offices in Nebraska and Iowa. Deb was executive vice president, commercial properties for Seldin Company prior to joining NAI NP Dodge.

Deb graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in business administration.
Professional Affiliations:
Deb is a member of the NAI Global Retail Council. She has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1996, holds active Nebraska and Iowa Real Estate Broker's Licenses and is a member of Women in Commercial Real Estate. Deb is also a graduate of the Leadership Omaha program through the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce. She is active in Susan G. Komen Nebraska, and regularly volunteers with Make-A-Wish Foundation.
