Have handled dispute resolutions and conciliation agreements for more than 15 years. Completed in 2000 the required additional training for court appointment mediations with advanced training in negotiations and real estate. In 2016 completed the required training for Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. In 2017 successfully complete the Master CNE Designation, as well as Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation.
