I know how the process and the law works with representing clients outside your licensed state. I am extremely fair with broker compensation that is always followed up with a contract spelling out the compensation. The key to a successful referral is constant communication. I feel it is very important to constantly update and inform the referring broker of the steps being taken from the moment the deal is referred to the point of signing the lease or closing escrow. In my 27 years of real estate I have done over 1,800 transactions with over $100,000,000 in total consideration. My greatest pleasure is building relationships, not only with the clients but also the brokers.
